Please check if you have provided your USI number to the Synergy Education Team. Without a verified USI number we cannot issue a certificate to you! In addition, students need to make sure their details have been correctly entered by their Centre Director or themselves. SEG does not enter students into the Student Management System.

Certificates are issued with the name your USI Is registered with. You will first need to update your name in the USI portal. Once this is done, you can update your name in the Student Portal or you can contact our team to assist further - info@synergy.edu.au

Synergy Education reports training data to NCVER annually by February.

Submitted training will usually be available for inclusion in a USI Transcript the following month.

Yes, there is! To ensure you have all the theoretical knowledge to attend the practical training each year you must complete the e-learning specific to the qualification you are completing. After enrolling they will be sent your login details automatically. Synergy Education requires both enrolment and the completion of the eLearning prior to attending a practical session.

The requirements for CPR specifically outline the requirement for an adult manikin to be place on the floor. Your trainer will offer you additional time, use of a chair to assist wIth getting off the floor, completing assessment in private, however this component must be completed to achieve competence. If you do not believe this is possible please call Synergy Education to discuss (07) 3878 4143.

We understand that sometimes you or a staff member are delayed which is why we offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrives. Due to the assessment criteria any arrivals after this grace period will be required to attend another session.

There is no minimum age restriction for the course; however, we suggest that participants under 14 years old attend with a responsible adult.
